Personal Bio

I believe therapy can benefit everyone at some point in their lives. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clients gain practical tools and evidence-based strategies that create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy is more than just talking—it’s an opportunity to learn new skills, better understand yourself, and move toward the life you want to live.

I specialize in treating trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps people process distressing experiences and reduce their lasting impact. I also have extensive experience helping individuals navigate addiction, compulsive behaviors, relationship concerns, and issues related to intimacy and sexuality.

In addition, I have completed specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard psychological treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). ERP is an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals gradually confront obsessive fears while reducing compulsive behaviors, empowering them to better tolerate uncertainty and regain control over their daily lives.

For clients seeking sex therapy, I work with both individuals and couples, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), education, and communication skills to promote healthier relationships and improved sexual well-being.

Every treatment plan is personalized to each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether you’re working through trauma, OCD, addiction, relationship challenges, or concerns related to intimacy, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps you build confidence, resilience, and lasting change.
