ReVive Return and Refund Policy

We accept any cancellation that is made prior to items being shipped.

New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping and handling fees.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sealed, in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once the product is received, it may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your account.

We will pay the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).  Postage is not covered for buyers change in choice or preference.

To begin your return or replacement process, please email us at billing@indianahealthgroup.com with your request and reason for the return.  Once approved, please return your purchase using a form of shipment that provides tracking information.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
