Kirsten Hammersley, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified pediatric and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University in 1992 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Pediatric Primary Care at Rush University in Chicago in 1997. In December 2022, she completed her Post-Master’s Certificate at the University of Cincinnati, expanding her scope of practice to include psychiatric care across the lifespan.

With more than 25 years of experience in pediatrics, Kirsten values a collaborative approach, working closely with patients and their families. She views her role as both clinician and educator, equipping patients with current, evidence-based information to create care plans tailored to their unique needs.

Kirsten embraces a holistic approach to psychiatry, integrating wellness practices and medication management to support optimal mental health outcomes. She currently provides psychiatric medication management for adults ages 18–65, treating a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Kirsten lives in Fishers with her long-time fiancé, Brian, their three college-age children, and their spirited six-year-old pit bull, Rosie.
