Personal Bio

Debbie Bykowski, PMHNP-BC is an Indianapolis native and a graduate of Warren Central High School. Debbie has 40 years of clinical nursing experience in various capacities giving her a well-rounded breadth of knowledge clinically. Debbie joined Indiana Health Group in 2015. Debbie’s warmth and openness along with an energetic and positive style leads to an effective and productive therapeutic relationship with her clients. Debbie’s interests include reading, traveling, and animals. She is married with five grown children.

New Patient Evaluation: $255

Medication Management (follow up) Appointments: 
15 Minutes (Average):  $110
25 Minutes (Average):  $155
40 Minutes (Average):  $220

Coding is determined complexity and/or total time inclusive of the following:

  • Preparing to see the patient (eg, review of tests)
  • Obtaining and/or reviewing separately obtained history
  • Performing a medically appropriate examination and/or evaluation
  • Counseling and educating the patient/family/caregiver
  • Ordering medications, tests, or procedures
  • Referring and communicating with other health care professionals
  • Documenting clinical information in the electronic or other health record
  • Independently interpreting results and communicating results to the patient/ family/caregiver
  • Care coordination
