Personal Bio
I believe the best mental health care begins with collaboration. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, make informed decisions about your treatment, and develop the skills and confidence needed to care for your mental and emotional well-being long after our work together.
I take a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing that emotional health is influenced by the connection between the mind, body, relationships, and personal values. Every treatment plan is individualized and may include medication management, psychotherapy, genetic testing when appropriate, and complementary treatment approaches to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.
I have extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, women’s mental health concerns, and both substance-related and behavioral addictions. I combine evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy and the latest treatment approaches to provide care that is comprehensive, practical, and tailored to your unique needs.
In addition to general psychiatric care, I specialize in Sports and Performance Psychiatry, working with athletes, executives, and other high-performing individuals who want to optimize focus, resilience, emotional regulation, and overall performance. Whether you’re striving to excel in competition, leadership, or everyday life, I work with you to remove barriers that may be holding you back so you can perform at your highest potential.
My hope is that every patient leaves feeling heard, supported, and empowered with a clear path forward.
