Our business office will be closed on Saturday, May 25th and Monday, May 27th in observation of Memorial Day. We will reopen at 8:00am on Tuesday, May 28th.
If you are having a medical emergency please hang up and dial 911, go directly to your nearest emergency room, or contact Community Hospital North Crisis Center at 317-621-5700 and identify yourself as an Indiana Health Group patient.
