Personal Bio

Shaunna graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a master’s degree in Social Work. Shaunna’s employment experience has allowed her to work with various client populations in outpatient settings. She typically works with adolescents and adults. Shaunna utilizes a
strengths and empowerment-based approach to treatment, taking clients on a gentle, guided journey within. During this process, clients often
discover parts of themselves that need attention, support, reassurance, and healing. With a focus on providing clients with a safe place to learn and
practice new self-healing skills, Shaunna offers a unique treatment for each client. Shaunna specializes in utilizing various
treatment models, including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, Exposure & Response Prevention, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies.
Shaunna utilizes intercultural competency and inclusivity practices that demonstrate her value for diversity. She aims to create an environment of
safety, trust, and comfort for all of her clients.

Shaunna is a Bloomington, Indiana native who enjoys learning about the mysteries of ancient civilizations, traveling, fishing, and spending time in
nature.
