Personal Bio

I specialize in working with adolescent and adult men, as well as couples who want to strengthen their relationships. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, communication challenges, life transitions, or relationship difficulties, my goal is to provide a supportive, practical space where we can work through those challenges together.

I believe that meaningful growth happens when people better understand their experiences, recognize their strengths, and feel empowered to make intentional changes. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll develop practical skills and strategies that can help you create lasting, positive change.

I understand the demands of balancing work, school, and family life, which is why I offer evening and weekend appointments to better fit busy schedules.

As a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of Carmel High School, I’m proud to serve the community I call home. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and our three children.

One quote that has always resonated with me is:

“Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles. It empties today of its strength.” — Corrie Ten Boom

Late Arrival Policy

I ask that clients make every effort to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. While there may occasionally be days when I am running a few minutes behind, each appointment is scheduled for one hour, which includes time for documentation and preparation. As a result, the face-to-face portion of an hour appointment is approximately 53 minutes.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late—whether for an in-person or virtual appointment—the session will need to be rescheduled and will be billed as a late cancellation, which is the full session fee.
