Personal Bio

I am a board-certified psychiatrist who provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, with particular experience helping individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

I believe the most successful treatment is built on partnership. The patients who make the greatest progress are often those who are actively engaged in their own care. When we work together—with a shared commitment to understanding symptoms, exploring treatment options, and making meaningful changes—we can create lasting improvements in emotional well-being.

My approach begins with listening. I want to understand not only what symptoms you’re experiencing, but how they are affecting your daily life, relationships, work, or school. I strive to create an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and understood. During each appointment, I listen carefully, provide education about diagnoses and treatment options, and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions that fit each person’s individual needs.

My goal is for every patient to leave their appointment with a clear understanding of their concerns and a thoughtful treatment plan. Whether that includes medication, lifestyle changes, therapy recommendations, or a combination of approaches, I want you to feel confident that your concerns have been taken seriously and that there is a path forward.

I also value punctuality and respect for each patient’s time. I make every effort to stay on schedule and appreciate patients who do the same so we can make the most of every visit together.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

If you’re considering psychiatric care, remember that asking for help is often the hardest—and most important—first step. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone, and effective treatment begins by simply reaching out.
