Personal Bio
Michelle grew up in the Indianapolis area and graduated with honors from Butler University majoring in Criminal Justice and Sociology with a specialization in social work and social policy. She then attended Indiana University in Indianapolis and earned her Master of Social Work degree. Michelle enjoys working with people of all ages in a supportive and nurturing environment. She believes we can all benefit from learning new skills to help us cope with life’s stressors while feeling encouraged and supported. Michelle has over 19 years of experience helping patients find a healthy balance in life, including learning good self-care and building self-confidence, while working through difficult issues. (She also believes finding fun and laughter are important parts of healing!) In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and volunteering with animal rescues.
