Personal Bio
With over 20 years of experience, I bring a relaxed, welcoming style to therapy that helps people feel comfortable and supported. I specialize in art therapy, using creative mediums such as painting, clay, collage, and drawing to help individuals express themselves when words are hard to find.
For those who prefer a different approach, I also offer traditional talk therapy. You’re always welcome to choose what feels best for you — whether that’s sitting on the couch, creating art, playing a game, or taking a peaceful walk on the trails outside.
My goal is to provide effective, personalized therapy in a calm, safe, and laid-back environment, helping each person move toward growth, healing, and the results they’re seeking.
