Personal Bio

I am a licensed mental health and clinical addiction counselor. I have 13 years of experience, in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient, and I have experience in individual, group, family, and marital therapy. I believe each person has unique needs and wants, so I individualize therapy and use a variety of treatment modalities including mindfulness and solution-focused. My specialties include evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and I offer many skills to help manage anxiety and depression. This is your time, and it is important that you have a safe space for growth and change. I am ready to meet you where you are at and help guide you in the changes you want to make in your life. In my time outside of work, I enjoy time with my 2 little boys and husband, and my dog who has been my friend for 10 years.
