As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience, I have worked with various complex mental health diagnoses. My areas of expertise include managing depression and anxiety, supporting through grief and loss, and specializing with certification in Perinatal Mental Health. Most of my professional experience has included working with mothers navigating their journey and all of the unexpected twists and turns that can come in this critical stage of life. It can feel incredibly overwhelming and isolating. No one should ever feel alone while facing these life challenges. I provide a safe place where you will feel heard and supported while we work together to identify new ways to cope with and navigate your journey to peace and well-being.

I am married and a mother of 2 boys. We have two Goldendoodle fur daughters. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, watching my boys play sports, spending quality family time together, and running.
