- Obtaining and/or reviewing separately obtained history
- Performing a medically appropriate examination and/or evaluation

- Referring and communicating with other health care professionals
- Documenting clinical information in the electronic or other health record

Personal Bio
Dr. Rapinchuk has a backround as a therapist prior to going to medical school, and works collaboratively with patients to address problems in a step by step way. She encourages patients to make use of therapy to augment any medication that may be useful. She has had training in multiple approaches to psychiatric problems, but tends toward practical solutions.
Dr. Rapinchuk has 3 grown children, and likes to read, knit and help out in the community. She grew up in Massachusetts and has lived in New Jersey, and Michigan prior to coming to Indiana about 15 years ago.
