Personal Bio

Elizabeth graduated from Ball State University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has over 5 years of experience in individual, group and family therapy. Her employment experience has allowed her to work with elementary aged children all the way through senior populations in both outpatient and inpatient settings. With those experiences, she has found a passion for working for teens and young adults. Elizabeth believes it is important to view the client as the experts in their life and work together to find ways to improve their ability to cope with stress, conflict, and difficult emotions. With Elizabeth, you will create a safe place for self-expression and exploration while receiving feedback that encourages growth, awareness, and change. Elizabeth uses skills and techniques from several therapy approaches, including strengths based, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, dialectical behavior therapy and solution focused.
