Personal Bio

Elizabeth has over five years of experience in individual, group, and family therapy across levels of care (IOP, PHP, outpatient). Her employment experience has allowed her to work with elementary-aged children through senior populations in both outpatient and inpatient settings. With those experiences, she has found a passion for working with teens and young adults. Elizabeth views the client as the expert in their lives and works with them to find ways to improve their ability to cope with stress, conflict, and difficult emotions. With Elizabeth, you will have a safe place for self-expression and exploration while receiving feedback encouraging growth, awareness, and change. Sessions can include music, art, writing, walking, or simply talking through things. Elizabeth uses skills and techniques from several therapy approaches, including strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and solution-focused.

In her spare time, Elizabeth loves to paddleboard, spend time with her three nieces and get brunch with friends. She also enjoys reading and traveling.
