Elizabeth views the client as the expert in their life and works together with the client to find ways to improve their ability to cope with stress, conflict, and difficult emotions. With Elizabeth, you will have a safe place for self-expression and exploration while receiving feedback that encourages growth, awareness, and change. Sessions can include music, art, writing, walking or simply talking through things. Elizabeth uses skills and techniques from several therapy approaches, including strengths based, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems and solution focused.
