Elizabeth Goebel graduated in 2017 with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University Purdue University Columbus. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
In 2020, Elizabeth was trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) by Roy Kiessling through EMDRIA. Additionally, Elizabeth is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma (CPT).
As a licensed mental health counselor, Elizabeth is dedicated to providing individual therapy services to adults and young adults aged 17 and above. She employs a combination of evidence-based treatments and holistic therapeutic approaches, such as yoga and meditation, to address her client’s needs. By fostering a collaborative environment, Elizabeth helps individuals cultivate a more meaningful and vibrant life. Her therapeutic approach is characterized by authenticity, transparency, and playfulness. Additionally, she emphasizes continuous professional development through ongoing training and education.
Elizabeth enjoys gardening, paddle boarding, and reading outside her professional endeavors.
