Personal Bio
I feel privileged to support teens, emerging adults, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward meaningful change.
My goal is to empower you to take control of your life while providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can openly share your story. I recognize the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we’ll work toward healing, personal growth, and living more authentically as you navigate the stresses and transitions of everyday life.
I am passionate about helping my clients regain hope, build self-worth, strengthen confidence, and discover the resilience they already possess. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, intentional, and collaborative, and I am committed to walking alongside you every step of your journey.
Outside of the office, I enjoy discovering great coffee shops, Sunday brunch, spending time with my nieces and nephew, cheering on my favorite sports teams, making memories with friends, caring for my sweet dog, Penny, and binge-watching a good reality show.
Late Arrival Policy
I ask that clients make every effort to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. While there may occasionally be days when I am running a few minutes behind, each appointment is scheduled for one hour, which includes time for documentation and preparation. As a result, the face-to-face portion of an hour appointment is approximately 53 minutes.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late—whether for an in-person or virtual appointment—the session will need to be rescheduled and will be billed as a late cancellation, which is the full session fee.
