I am passionate about meeting you where you are and providing a safe space where you can heal, grow, and reach your full potential. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy as well as solution-focused and client-centered approaches. Trauma can play a major part for so many of us, so I also take a trauma-informed approach. I aim to help my clients feel heard, understood, and capable of the change that you desire. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you through your challenges and help you build the skills and confidence you need to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
