I love shoes! I like the variety; the colors; the heel heights; etc. What does this have to do with therapy? Shoes are a symbolic representation of the many lifestyles I lead. They also represent the philosophy I follow to try to “walk in your shoes” to gain a better understanding of who you are as a person. I believe psychotherapy is a process that can create anxiety but is also an adventure as you gain insight into your own life and its’ symbols.
