Personal Bio

I have called Indiana home since 2014. I’m married and have two children. Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, exploring art, and learning about science.

One piece of advice I often share with my patients is, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” I believe meaningful change doesn’t happen all at once. Every small step forward matters, and taking that first step is often the most important part of the journey.
