TELEHEALTH allows you to have a confidential video appointment with your provider from the comfort of your own home.

By connecting through a confidential, HIPAA compliant video conferencing application, you will be able to receive the same professional and confidential treatment as if you were seeing your provider in person.

You only need to have a smartphone that allows you to download an app, has a camera, microphone, and a secure internet connection. If you have ever used Skype on your computer or FaceTime on your iPhone, you have used the same type of technology that teletherapy uses however, Indiana Health Group uses a HIPAA-compliant version through AnywhereCare.

Appointments are the same length as your in-person sessions and are scheduled in the same way.

Our 48 hour cancellation policy is still in effect, however we are trying to be very flexible to support our community during such an unprecedented time. So if you have to cancel or change your appointment within the 48 hour cancellation policy, give us a call or email your counselor directly for more info.
