TELEHEALTH allows you to have a confidential video appointment with your provider from the comfort of your own home, office, school, or in any confidential environment.

By connecting through a confidential, HIPAA compliant video conferencing application, you will be able to receive the same professional and confidential treatment as if you were seeing your provider in person.

With doxy.me you can use your computer, tablet, mobile phone, or any device that has a webcam and microphone.

It is important that you are in a confidential environment and have a strong internet connection.

If you have ever used Skype on your computer or FaceTime on your iPhone, you have used the same type of technology that teletherapy uses however, Indiana Health Group uses a HIPAA-compliant version through Doxy.me.

Appointments are the same length as your in-person sessions and are scheduled in the same way.

At that time, all patients will be responsible for checking in to their appointment, just as if you were being seen at the office.

With doxy.me you can use your computer, tablet, or mobile device to connect.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment within the 48 hour cancellation policy, please contact us via telephone, email, or send a message through the patient portal.
A charge will be applied to All appointments not cancelled with a 48-hour notice
