Dr. Dalton enjoys working with clients who are ready to take a look at themselves and see how they can improve their own choices and lives. Her style is direct and genuine. It is through honest self-exploration that we learn why we do what we do and how we can then make deep and lasting changes. Dr. Dalton focus on accountability and ownership, not blame and shaming thought patterns. It is her goal to provide a safe but honest place to do this work and to provide my clients with the framework to create that change.
