Psychotherapy Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Mary Roth, LCSW has an MSW (1979) and is a licensed clinical social worker. Her practice encompasses adults of all ages. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is the primary theoretical foundation of her work but she is not a purist and utilizes multiple models to meet her client’s needs and goals. CBT focuses on examining your thoughts, their origin and how understanding and changing your thought patterns can positively impact your emotional health.
