Dr. Fletcher was born in Nebraska and maintains strong ties there. He attended the University of Nebraska as an undergrad, followed by attendance at Indiana School of Medicine. He finished Psychiatric training then Child/Adolescent fellowships at Indiana University Medical Center. He worked as Assistant Professor on staff at Riley Hospital, then coming to work at St. Vincent Hospital in 1989. He has been President of Indiana Child/Adolescent Psychiatry then Meridian Youth Psychiatric Clinic. He is responsible for Psychiatric training of Primary Care Physicians at St. Vincent Hospital. He treats all aspects of Child/Adolescent Psychiatric illnesses. Dr. Fletcher lives in Indianapolis with his wife who is the Medical Director of Butler University.
