Personal Bio

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, with little to no direction of where to go next. It is essential to have an environment where you feel heard and supported to encourage growth, awareness, and change. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I am trained and consistently see positive outcomes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy for chronic pain. With the proper support and strategies, therapy can help you navigate through difficult times and feel confident about the future.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys biking, cooking, watching football, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Specialty areas:

Perinatal Mental Health

The journey of parenthood can bring up an overwhelming amount of feelings and thoughts. I specialize in perinatal mental health, helping parents navigate pregnancy and postpartum.

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain can feel frustrating and hopeless. Much time may have been spent trying to find answers with little to no progress. I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), which is a proven treatment that reduces or eliminates chronic/neuroplastic pain.
