Jenna graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and has over eight years of experience in individual, group, and family therapy. She believes it is important to create a safe and caring environment that allows you to feel heard and supported while encouraging growth, awareness, and change. Her favorite teaching methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, coping skills, and self-compassion. Through this supportive therapeutic relationship, Jenna can help you to build confidence with the use of healthy coping and stress management skills.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys biking, watching the Colts, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.
