Grace considers it a privilege to work with everyone God leads into her office. She strives to create a safe and inviting environment for each client to feel accepted and welcome. She views healing as a journey involving mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical components. She takes a collaborative approach, working alongside each client to achieve their unique counseling goals. Grace embraces a combination of therapeutic approaches, including: client-centered, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and strengths-focused. Growing up with an older sister with Down syndrome allowed Grace to engage with individuals of all backgrounds and their families. She is passionate about working with people, no matter what stage of life they are in, and seeing their possibilities flourish.

In Grace’s free time she enjoys traveling to new places with her husband, cooking, baking, and learning about factors that influence overall health.
