We are making a change to the way we do TELEHEALTH


Our new platform for telehealth!

Effective November 1st, all patients will be responsible for checking in to their appointment, just as if you were being seen at the office.

With you can use your computer, tablet, mobile phone, or any device that has a webcam and microphone. It is important that you are in a confidential environment and have a strong internet connection. For additional information on this new platform and how to make the most of your telehealth appointment, please visit the website


Prior to November 1, 2020:

Download AnywhereCare App from your iOS or Android smartphone. Please note this app should be used from your smartphone. Tablets have not worked reliably and the application will not run on a desktop or laptop computer.

  • Accept the permissions including access to camera and microphone.
  •  At the time of your appointment you will receive a TEXT with a link to connect to the appointment with your provider.
  • Click on the link and the video consult will begin shortly.

Important TELEHEALTH Information:

Please make sure that your device is updated to the most recent version of your operating system (iOS or Android) to avoid connection issues.

Please have your phone nearby & be ready to accept the invite link or telephone call at the time of your appointment.

Please be aware that while working remotely calls from our office will more than likely display as a BLOCKED or PRIVATE number.

If there are any issues with your connection, your provider will contact you via a telephone call.

There may be times where your provider is running slightly behind schedule. We appreciate your patience.

Your provider will attempt to reach you two times. If you do not answer, it will be considered a missed appointment. Our 48 hour cancellation policy is still in effect, however we are trying to be very flexible to support our community during such an unprecedented time. So if you have to cancel or change your appointment within the 48 hour cancellation policy, give us a call or email your counselor directly for more info.
