Personal Bio

Over the past 20 years, I have worked with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. My focus has been on helping clients address issues related to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, trauma, and addiction. I take pride in helping my patients identify the root cause of their problems and develop the skills and tools they need to navigate through them successfully for the rest of their lives.

Before joining IHG in 2012, I facilitated group, individual, and family sessions at Midtown Mental Health Center. During my time there, I gained valuable experience working with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries through Opportunities for Positive Growth.

I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and three wonderful children in my leisure time.
