Master's Level Therapist
Jeff Child, LCSW has been practicing psychotherapy for twenty-five years. He has a M.A. in Pastoral Care and Counseling from the Christian Theological Seminary (Indianapolis, IN). He is also licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, a marriage and family therapist, and a mental health counselor.
Jeff treats adults who struggle with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, stage of life problems, spiritual conflicts, and marital/relationship issues. Additionally, Jeff uses hypnosis as a form of treatment to help decrease anxiety, assist people in recovering from traumas, to improve pain management, mood disorders, assist in weight loss management, and assist in smoking cessation.
Scarlet Cramer, MA has over 20 years of experience working in the behavioral health profession. She attained her master's degree in counseling from Grace Theological Seminary under the supervision of Dr. Dan Allender and Dr. Larry Crabb. She is furthering her graduate education in the Marriage and Family counseling program at Indiana Wesleyan University in Indianapolis. As a parent of two teenage children, she is actively familiar with the adolescent culture. In addition, she is involved with Young Life, an international ministry to teens and has a heart to help families and teens move through the landscape of adolescence. Scarlet has over 10 years of private practice experience working with marriage and family issues. She is currently taking new clients.
Corey Falink, LMHC
is a therapist/pastoral counselor with over 10 years of clinical experience. Corey did his Master's work at Cincinnati Christian University and enjoys working in both the residential and church setting. He was ordained at East 91st Street Christian Church and fully believes in a comprehensive approach to therapy that includes different treatment modalities while keeping his Christian faith and trust in God as the central focus.
Corey works primarily with adolescents and adults, but is not limited to those age groups. He primarily treats those suffering from behavior issues, most addictions, substance abuse, marital problems, premarital counseling, crisis and matters of faith. Corey has brought to Indiana Health Group a person who is dedicated to ministering to others using the gifts God has given him.
Paul N. Hartman, LCSW, JD, graduated from Western Michigan University with the MSW degree, is a Diplomate with the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work, and has 26 years of psychotherapy experience with individuals, couples, and families.
He has a special interest in mood and anxiety disorders in children, adolescents and adults, survivors of childhood abuse and other trauma, marital and family therapy and providing emotional support to persons with legal problems.
Andrea Hern, LMHC

I have 20+ years of experience working as a therapist and possess in-depth knowledge and expertise to help you improve your life. I will work with you in the ways that are best for you. I will help you explore the issues and concerns in your life that cause you confusion, difficulty, or emotional pain in order to see the areas where making changes might lead to a more peaceful and healthier existence. My goal is to assist you in making positive changes which will allow you to live happier.
I use a proactive "Personal Responsibility" approach to help you identify unhealthy patterns and choices in your life, form new patterns and live a happier and healthier life through conscious decision making. Oftentimes people need help finding not only the answers and resolutions to questions in their lives, but to figure out the questions themselves. I will help you examine the areas of your life that are in discord, determine which issues to focus on, and guide you though the process to identify options and resolutions.

Beverly Inman-Dunigan, LMFT, LCAC received degrees in psychology and marriage and family therapy from the University of Indianapolis and Butler University and did a two year post graduate study in sex therapy. In 2011, Beverly also obtained her license as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor. She has worked as a therapist at St. Vincent Stress Center and Community Hospital's School Based Program and as a Behavioral Clinician at Plainfield Juvenile Correctional Facility where she also taught the Adolescent Sex Offender Program. Beverly has been on staff at three hospitals where she served as a crisis counselor. Beverly works with children, adolescents and adults. She has great enthusiasm for her profession and looks forward to assisting those she serves.
Minta Johnson, LCSW
Life is stressful... Often times the stress is so severe that we need a professional who can help us better cope and in choosing a psychotherapist it is most important that you choose someone you can trust. I provide a safe, confidential, and nurturing atmosphere for individuals dealing a broad range of psychological, behavioral and emotional issues. In addition to working with individuals I also enjoy working with couples and families. My approach is structured and will give you an effective resolution to the stresses you are dealing with.
My undergraduate degree was attained in Human Development and Family Studies with minors in Psychology and Sociology. My undergraduate and graduate degrees were attained from Indiana University, and I received my Master's degree in Social Work with my post graduate studies. With over 15 years of behavioral health care experience working as a therapist I have treated those suffering from anxiety disorders, mood disorders, postpartum depression and much more. I also have experience in addictions, crisis intervention. For the past six years I have served as a Behavior Consultant for individuals with intellectual disabilities and has served, in a part- time capacity, as a Quality Reviewer for nursing home mistreatment for the mentally disabled population.
I am currently accepting new clients and accept most medical insurance. I look forward to partnering with you to find ways to better cope with life's stress.
Seth Kleiman, LMHC is an Indianapolis native who earned his Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University in 2002. While living in the Chicago area, Seth served as a residential counselor for at-risk teenage boys and later worked as a home-based psychotherapist for youth and families in the foster care system. After moving back to Indianapolis in 2004, Seth assisted adolescents and their families in a school-based setting as a psychotherapist at a local high school. Seth works with children (6 years and up), adolescents, young adults, and families. He specializes in treating children and families of divorce. Seth's additional focus areas include: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss issues, anger issues, and oppositional/defiant behaviors.
With nearly 15 years of clinical experience treating youth, adolescents, and families, I understand and appreciate that building authentic relationships is the cornerstone to effective and successful mental health treatment. I am passionate about utilizing a team approach to empower young people and I work collaboratively with parents, guardians, teachers, and doctors to achieve this goal. Kim Moffett, LCSW graduated from Indiana University in 1995 with a Master's Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Kim has been with Indiana Health Group since 2002 and works with children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, adults, couples, and families, using a variety of therapeutic modalities. Areas of interest include grief and loss, trauma/abuse, issues of aging/eldercare, chronic health problems, depression, anxiety, and school/educational challenges. Kim also teaches as an adjunct professor for the Indiana University School of Social Work.
Kevin Myers, LCSW, graduated from Indiana University in 2002 with a Master's Degree in Social Work after receiving an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Manchester College in 2001. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and works with adolescents and young adults on a part-time basis at Indiana Health Group. Areas of interest include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem, anger management, and substance abuse. He is a full-time social worker at the St. Vincent Stress Center working with the adult inpatient program. He has several years of experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy for children and adolescents in residential treatment at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in Goshen, Indiana.
Gary Nunnally, D.Min., LCSW is Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Pastoral Counselor with more than 22 years of clinical experience. Gary graduated from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology in May, 1977. He graduated from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a Master of Divinity degree in August, 1980. He also graduated from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis in May 1994 with a Doctor of Ministry (D.MIN) degree in counseling.
Dr. Nunnally is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Addictions Counselor (CADAC I), Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist in Addictions (CRPS I), Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor IV (CADAC IV), Indiana Certified Addictions Counselor II (ICAC II), Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist - Diplomate (CCDP-D), Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (ICAADC) and Certified Clinical Psychopathologist (CCP).
Dr. Nunnally works with children (age 6 and up), adolescents, adults, couples and families. He treats patients with ADHD, Anger Management issues, Anxiety, Behavioral problems, Grief, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Non Chemical Addictions, Personality Disorders, PTSD, Substance Abuse/Chemical Dependency and other issues.
Carol Shoot, LCSW, attended Anderson College in Indiana and Oklahoma City University (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) for her undergraduate's studies, graduating with a B.A. Next, Carol attended Indiana University, Indianapolis Campus, where she received her Master's in Social Work (MSW). Carol is also extensively trained in administering the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tests (MBTI). Areas of specialty include marriage and family counseling and women and adolescent issues. Carol has been in outpatient solo practice since 1980.
Evelyn Walter, LCSW, RPT My focus as a therapist is strength building of the individual &/or family. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & a Registered Play Therapist with 20 years experience helping adults, children, & families. I am experienced in a wide range of interpersonal issues including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, ADHD & more.
As a Registered Play Therapist I offer the expertise of experience & training to provide your child an inviting, safe environment to express ideas & emotions. I specialize in working with young children, ages 11 and under. Because of developmental difference between children & adult, traditional talk therapies are not well suited for most children. Play therapy helps relieve stress; builds healthy connections to people; and stimulates creative thinking & problem solving. Play therapy helps regulate emotions & boost ego strength. It offers opportunities for children to practice skills needed to survive & thrive.
I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University in 1992. My broad professional experience includes work in pre-school, elementary schools, foster care & adoption as well as 10 years in private practice. To support & compliment my work, IHG has a full team of pediatric specialist to better serve you.
