Advance Practice Nurses & Physician Assistant
Lois Hughes is a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She obtained her Masters Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Indiana University in Indianapolis. She has been employed at Community Hospital East as Charge Nurse. She worked as a Public Health Nurse for 18 years with the Marion County Health Department. She also served as a liaison nurse with Wishard Hospital and also as the coordinator for the Marion County Health Department Adolescent Program. Lois was then employed for 12 years by Community Hospitals / Gallahue Mental Health Center as a School Mental Health Consultant supporting area schools in addressing mental health issues of students. In 2003 Lois obtained prescriptive authority as she began her tenure with Midtown Mental Health Services providing psychopharmacological assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and mental health interventions to individuals ranging from 3 years of age to older adults.
Lois loves animals, in particular dogs; currently she is the proud "mother" of three spoiled canine critters. She enjoys reading, spending time in nature, 'belly laughing' and teasing with friends and of course playing with her 'puppies'. With her future husband and family she is looking forward to camping, hiking and riding her motor cycle, when she gets one.
Katherine "Monica" Kelly RN MSN FNP-C was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She has been working with Indiana Health Group since the fall of 2007. Monica currently treats adolescents, adults and the geriatric population with mental health and substance abuse disorders. She is dedicated to providing holistic and compassionate care to her patients.
Special areas of interest and experience include: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, HIV, chronic physical problems and their impact on mental health.

Ann Morris M.S., PA-C obtained her B.A. in Zoology from Olivet Nazarene University in 1985. She then worked in Forensics, in Tulsa, OK. She specifically worked in the field of Serology. During this career Ann received the Chief of Police award for her involvement in developing the Sexual Assault Nursing Examining program. In working closely with the Medical Director and Nursing staff of this program, this piqued her interest in getting a career in the medical field. Ann attended Lutheran College of Health Professions in Fort Wayne, IN from 1995-1997. She received her B.S. in Physician Assistant and was Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 1997. She then was employed at Strength of Mind, psychiatric practice, in Claremore, OK from 9/1997 - 9/2007. Her supervising physician was Jeff McIlroy, MD, a Geriatric Board Certified Psychiatrist. As a Physician Assistant in psychiatry she practiced psychopharmacology both in an outpatient and inpatient setting. She was a preceptor for several Oklahoma University Physician Assistant students. Ann received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant in 5/2005. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants since 1997, and is planning on becoming a member of the Indiana Academy of Physician Assistants in 2007. Ann has been a member of the Oklahoma Assoc. of Physician Assistants since 1997. She grew up in Indianapolis, IN and began psychiatric practice with the Indiana Health Group, 9/2007. Her supervising physician is Sanjay Mishra, MD.
